Johnny Cake (cornbread)

-For the moistest corn bread you have ever tasted in your life, mix this all up, cover, and let sit in your fridge overnight, stir it up slightly in the morning, then bake it then.

1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C honey
2 eggs
1-1/2 C cornmeal
1 C whole wheat flour
1-1/2 C oatmeal
3 C buttermilk (we just use milk instead too, and it works fine)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

-combine all ingredients.
-Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
-Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
-Serve hot, with butter.
