Italian Salad Dressing

1-1/3 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
3 TBS (or more) honey
3 tsp yellow mustard
lemon juice to taste

-Blend well. Refrigerate.
