Carob Brownies

2-1/3 C whole wheat flour
1 C water
1/2 C olive oil
2/3 C carob powder
1-1/2 C honey
1/2 tsp salt
2-1/2 tsp baking soda

-Mix 1/3 C flour with 1 C water. Cook on stove until thick.
-Cool completely.
-Mix in oil and carob and KEEP COOL.
-Beat rest together (as well as rest of flour) and add to carob
mixture.
-Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in oiled 9” pan.
