Bran muffins

Butter (to grease muffin tins)
1 C whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 C bran
1-1/4 C milk
1/3 C molasses
1 egg
1/2 C applesauce

-combine all ingredients in bowl, and fill tins. Bake for 14 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

7-1/2 C milk
2 C molasses
6 eggs
3 C applesauce
