Downeast Smoothies

Downeast Blueberry Smoothie

1 c orange juice
1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c lowfat plain yogurt
1 banana

Mix in blender, makes one serving (but it's enough for two, nutrition facts are based on the whole thing).
